For Me, The Law Is Personal
I’m Elmer Saravia, the founding attorney of Saravia Law in Arlington, Massachusetts. I focus my practice on immigration, estate planning, family, and business law. Why? Because I care about helping others overcome barriers and achieve their dreams.
The law is personal to me because of my experience as an immigrant making it in the United States. Born in Guatemala, I came to the U.S. as a toddler and have made my home here ever since. I know firsthand the many obstacles, uncertainties and stressors involved in learning and navigating the legal system in order to live a safe and peaceful life. In working with you, it’s my goal to help shoulder those burdens, walking beside you through every stage in the process whether it’s immigration, estate planning, family, or business law.
A Safe Space For Those In The LGBTQ+ Community
Navigating immigration issues is tricky enough. For those in the LGBTQ+ community, finding a lawyer who understands you and the unique challenges you face can be all the more difficult. As a nonbinary individual who uses xe/xer/xers pronouns, I get it. I understand the hurdles you may be facing in all areas of your life. Here, you will find a safe place – a place where you will be heard with empathy and compassion as well as an open mind and open heart.
