Immigration Court – Asylum

Client was let go by his previous attorney just before his scheduled individual hearing for his asylum claim. Client was not prepared to advocate for himself. Saravia Law took on the case, complemented his asylum claim by providing additional evidence and represented him during his individual hearing. Client was granted asylum. A year later, we filed for his green card application, and it was approved. Client now is a legal permanent resident.
