Christopher Riccardi Biografía

Christopher Riccardi trabaja como administrador de casos en Saravia Law, donde su dedicación y pasión por aprender contribuyen al éxito de la firma. Con una formación educativa diversa y una pasión por los idiomas y las culturas, Christopher aporta una perspectiva única a su función.

Christopher realizó sus estudios superiores en el Wentworth Institute of Technology, sentando las bases de sus habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas. Además de su formación técnica, Christopher se sumergió en el estudio del idioma árabe en Emmanuel College, lo que refleja su compromiso con el dominio lingüístico y la comunicación intercultural.

Elmaya Saravia Bio

Attorney Elmaya Saravia (formerly Elmer Saravia) is the first-generation immigrant and non-binary founder of Saravia Law. Elmaya was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala and immigrated to the United States at the age of 2 with xer parents and siblings. Elmaya obtained legal residence through the efforts of xer parents and eventually became a US citizen at the age of 15.

Elmaya obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Azusa Pacific University in Southern California. Xe obtained xer Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. During xer time with the consumer clinic at UNH, Elmaya gained experience in client relations, document review, legal pleadings preparation, and court litigation. Xe externed with New Hampshire-based corporations developing xer skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, and Elmaya gained experience in business-based, family-based, and humanitarian immigration matters while working for Boston-based law firms. Elmaya has worked on a variety of matters from H-1Bs to Green Cards to Removal Proceedings to Appeals. Elmaya has participated in pro bono services such as working with individuals during Citizenship Day, preparing and filing asylum applications, and parole and bond for clients in detention.

Elmaya has also gained experience partnering with law firms to assist with their estate planning cases involving wills, trusts, power of attorneys, and healthcare proxies, and family cases including divorces, prenuptial agreements, child custody and parenting time, child support, name changes, adoptions, and guardianship.

In xer spare time, Elmaya is learning Portuguese and Arabic, tai chi, meditating, traveling, hiking, and hanging out with friends and family. Elmaya is an advocate of self-love and invests time in learning, understanding, and practicing opening the heart through chakra healing, crystals, and reiki, amongst other teachings.
